Vee Niz, Polarity Instructor
Vee Niz discovered the world of pole five years ago after a major accident at work left her wondering if she would move without pain again. Pole quickly became her salvation mind, body, and soul. The first three years of her journey were spent discovering her sensual movement and laid a solid foundation to build the athleticism that was quickly going to present itself .
In the last two years she has been blessed to train and perform with some of the industry greats. Vee Niz has performed in the Vertical theater with Kelly Maglia's master pieces, "Catalyst" and "Once Upon a Pole." She is also a principle cast member of the longest running pole show "Girl Next Door" directed by the amazing Kelly Yvonne , as well as a teacher at "The Choreography House" and "Believe Fitness Studio." Pole has taken her into various venues throughout Los Angeles and the world. She recently returned from her first pole tour in Europe and says that this odyssey is in its infancy and plans to take every opportunity that this world of pole has to offer her.

Christina tried pole for the first time in 2013 while studying abroad and was immediately hooked! She took a break to finish her first degree, but is now back in full force while also working on her second degree. She is an enthusiastic ambassador for pole as fitness.
