This 2 hr intensive will take your pole skills to the next level. Having a solid handspring as a pole dancer is equivalent to having a soild handstand as a gymnast. Proper technique is
key to master the skill. This workshop is good for the late level 3 to early level 4 pole dancer that is ready to move from 3 points of contact on the pole to 2 points of contact. We will cover:
-All 4 Handspring Grips: True Grip, Cup Grip, Elbow Grip, and Twisted Grip.
