FAQ’s

Why do I need to restart my 6 month membership over if I start a 90 program? 

The tools that will be taught in each program are tools that will also need to be applied after your 90 days is up. We want to give you the best outcome for the hard work you put in and by holding you accountable for 3 months after your program ends will lead you to the best success on sticking to your health program. 

What is Closed Team Training? 

Closed team Training is held with the polete competition/makeover team members only. The members of this team have specific goals that are more intense then the average polete. We will focus more on conditioning, stamina, and over stretching to gain the fitness and strength goals you want. 

Can I schedule personal training anytime? 

Personal training sessions will be taught by Celeste and sure be scheduled 24 hours or more in advanced. All sessions must be schedule between regular scheduled class.
