In this workshop you will learn a choreographed pole routine filled with twerk moves learned in the first two workshops. Class will begin with a warm up and stretches to loosen up those twerk muscles, then we will dive right into the Twerkography. The combo will take you from the floor to the pole and everything in between! This class will be a bit of a faster pace so I hope you’ve been practicing what you learned in the first two classes of the series. Booty shorts are encouraged as they help emphasize the twerk but feel free to come dressed in whatever makes you feel sexy and confident. Heels are welcomed! PLEASE ensure that you avoid wearing any lotions or body oils on your hands, arms, and legs before class.
*Note must be comfortable climbing on the pole and doing a basic sit. Shorts required. This class is recommended for Level 1-2 and above.
