In this workshop you will learn the basics of various twerking styles all centered around floor techniques. The class includes a warm up and stretches to loosen up those twerk muscles, twerk lessons where you learn the fundamentals, and simple combos to take across the floor for additional practice. Class will end with a free dance for you to show off your new found twerk skills. Knee pads and socks are highly recommended as the majority of the class will be on your hands and knees. Booty shorts are encouraged as they help emphasize the twerk but feel free to come dressed in whatever makes you feel sexy and confident. Beginners are welcomed.
*Note: There will be shoulder rolls in the workshop, so it will be helpful if you are comfortable with them, but it is not required.
